H.Amdt.1367 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: COMPLIANCE WITH GREAT LAKES COMPACT SEC. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by a State in contravention of the interstate compact regarding water resources in the Great Lakes--St. Lawrence River Basin consented to and approved by Congress in Public Law 110-342.
