H.Amdt.1380 - An amendment No. 123 printed in House Report 114-683 to prohibit the government from entering into a contract with an entity that discloses, as it is required to by the Federal Acquisition Regulation, that it has been convicted of fraud or another criminal offense in the last three years in connection with obtaining, attempting to obtain, or performing a public contract or subcontract; prohibit the government from contracting with entities that have been notified of any delinquent Federal taxes for which the liability remains unsatisfied.
