H.Amdt.161 - An amendment to strike section 105 from the bill. Section 105 prohibits use of funds in the bill by the Corps of Engineers to develop, adopt, implement, administer, or enforce any change to the regulations and guidance pertaining to the definition of waters under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
