H.Amdt.230 - An amendment No. 38 printed in House Report 114-112 to reverse and prohibit the further listing of the Lesser Prairie Chicken as a threatened or endangered species until 2021, thereby allowing the states to implement their voluntary Range-Wide Conservation Plan for the Lesser Prairie Chicken's habitat. Amendment also de-lists the American Burying Beetle as a threatened or endangered species under the Endangered Species Act.
