H.Amdt.27 - Amendment requires that the Secretary of Education disapprove of any State plan that fails to, in consultation with State and local education agencies, demonstrate that there is a separate reporting of academic assessments for foster youth and also requires the Secretary to report on academic assessments for foster children.
