H.Amdt.306 - An amendment to strike section 528 from the bill which prohibits use of funds to construct, acquire, or modify any facility in the U.S., its territories, or possessions to house any individual who as of June 24, 2009, is located at U.S. Naval Air Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
