H.Amdt.322 - An amendment to prohibit the use of funds for DNA analysis and capacity enhancement program and for other local, State, and Federal forensic activities for which funds are made available under this Act as part of the $125 million for DNA-related forensic programs and activities, unless such funds are used in accordance with the DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act.
