S.Amdt.348 - To establish a deficit-neutral reserve fund relating to installing watchdogs at Federal agencies with extended Inspector General vacancies and strengthening and reforming Offices of Inspectors General to ensure that such Offices are appropriately prioritizing the investigation of waste, fraud, abuse, and misconduct within Federal agencies.
