H.Amdt.356 - An amendment to increase the funding for Capital and Debt Service Grants to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation by $9 million for the purpose of installing inward facing cameras in locomotives. The proposed increase is offset by reductions in other accounts in the bill including from the St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation.
