H.Amdt.382 - An amendment to add a new proviso that not less than $1,000,000 of the funds provided under this heading shall be for the finalization and implementation of rules required under section 60102(n) of title 49, United States Code, and section 8(b)(3) of the Pipeline Safety, Regulatory Certainity, and Job Creation Act of 2011.
