H.Amdt.419 - An amendment to prohibit the use of funds to establish any asset management position of the Office of Multifamily Housing of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, or newly hire an employee for any asset management position, that is located at a Core office before filling each such asset management position that is located at a Non-Core office.
