H.Amdt.437 - An amendment to prohibit the use of funds for any family who is not an elderly family or a disabled family (as such terms are defined in section 3(b) of the United States Housing Act of 1937) and who was not receiving project-based rental assistance under section 8 of such Act as of Oct. 1, 2015, and the amount otherwise provided under such heading is reduced by $300,000,000.
