H.Amdt.516 - An amendment No. 9 printed in House Report 114-155 to require the Director of National Intelligence to submit a report to Congress on the funding of political parties and NGOs in former Soviet states by the Russian Federation and the security and intelligence services of the Russian Federation. The report shall be submitted in unclassified form and allows for a classified annex.
