H.Amdt.600 - An amendment, numbered 39, to prohibit the use of funds to enter into a contract with any offeror if the offeror certifies, pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, that they have been convicted of fraud, charged by a governmental entity with stated offenses, or have been notified of any delinquent Federal taxes in an amount that exceeds $3,000 for which the liability remains unsatisfied.
