H.Amdt.653 - An amendment No. 2 printed in part C of House Report 114-192 to request that stewardship contracts awarded prior to Feb 7, 2014 shall be modified by the Secretary to include fire liability provisions described in Section 604(d)(7) of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 (16 U.S.C. 6591c).
