H.Amdt.791 - An amendment No. 17 printed in Part A of House Report 114-326 to prohibit Federal financial assistance to establish, maintain, operate, or otherwise support a streetcar service. Such prohibition would not apply to contracts entered into before the date of enactment of this Act.
