H.Amdt.793 - An amendment No. 19 printed in Part A of House Report 114-326 to require Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) scores to remain publicly available during the National Research Council of the National Academies study of the CSA Program required by Section 5221 and add a provision to the new broker-shipper hiring standard created by Section 5224 to prohibit the hiring of "high risk carriers" as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and removes several studies.
