H.Amdt.797 - An amendment No. 23 printed in Part A of House Report 114-326 to increase the air-mile radius from 50 air-miles to 75 air-miles for the transportation of construction materials and equipment, to satisfy the 24-hour reset period under Hours of Service rules and gives states the ability to opt out of this increase if the distance is entirely included within the state's borders.
