H.Amdt.161 - Amendment sought to prohibit the DoD from entering new biofuels contracts while sequestration remains law. Once sequestration expires or is repealed, it would amend current law to require the DoD to include calculations of any financial contributions made by other federal agencies for biofuels purchases.
