H.Amdt.279 - At the end of division B (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used for a new hire who has not been verified through the E- Verify program, except for an employee compensated under a local compensation plan established under section 408 of the Foreign Service Act of 1980.
