S.Amdt.2934 - To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to develop a means to track and monitor information on debts of persons to the United States by virtue of the persons' participation in a benefits program administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, including because of an overpayment by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
