H.Amdt.298 - At the end of division H (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. XX. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enter into an agreement for the establishment or collection of tolls on Interstate Route 5 or Interstate Route 205 in the State of Oregon or Washington.
