H.Amdt.426 - At the end of division F (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. XX. No funds made available by this Act may be used to undertake any activities to prepare for or facilitate the transfer of responsibilities or functions from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs of the Department of Labor to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
