H.Amdt.501 - An amendment numbered 1 printed in Part B of House Report 115-463 to include, in the report already required in the underlying text, certification that the transaction will not benefit an Iranian person that has knowingly transported items used to establish in Syria a permanent military presence of either Iranian military forces or Iranian backed militia.
