H.Amdt.548 - An amendment numbered 13 printed in Part A of House Report 115-650 to direct the FAA Administrator to study the relationship between jet aircraft approach and takeoff speeds and corresponding noise impacts on communities surrounding airports. It also requires the FAA Administrator to submit the results of the study in a report to Congress.
