H.Amdt.129 - An amendment numbered 13 printed in Part B of House Report 116-32 to alleviate the costs tribes incur due to the expansion of criminal jurisdiction. Further this amendment provides language allowing the Attorney General to award grants to tribes to improve law enforcement, tribal court personnel and criminal codes.
