H.Amdt.290 - An amendment numbered 24 printed in Part B of House Report 116-109 to decrease the Health and Human Services General Departmental Management fund by $5 million and increase the same fund by $5 million for the purposes of highlighting the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Healths work in coordinating a national public health campaign to fight vaccine misinformation, funding vaccine communication research to strengthen the evidence base for what works in fighting vaccine hesitance, and encouraging vaccine counseling.
