H.Amdt.298 - An amendment numbered 33 printed in Part B of House Report 116-109 to increase the Substance Abuse Treatment program by $1,000,000 with the intention of this increase in funding being allocated to the Building Communities of Recovery program. This increase will strengthen our communities response to the opioid epidemic by promoting prevention, treatment, and recovery initiatives for individuals struggling with substance abuse.
