H.Amdt.489 - An amendment numbered 8 printed in Part B of House Report 116-126 to increase funding by $1 million to the Taxpayer Advocate Service for the purpose of assisting the parents of a deceased child, when that child's information has been stolen and used on personal income taxes filed with the IRS, when the parent or guardian of record must report the identity theft of their deceased child's information.
