H.Amdt.583 - An amendment numbered 19 printed in Part B of House Report 116-154 to require that a comprehensive report on domestic terrorism be made available on the public internet websites of the National Counterterrorism Center, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Department of Homeland Security, no later than 30 days after submission to the appropriate congressional committees.
