H.Amdt.586 - An amendment numbered 22 printed in Part B of House Report 116-154 to require the Department of Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis to conduct an annual assessment regarding the availability of conventional weapons, including weapons lacking serial numbers, and advanced conventional weapons for use in furthering acts of terrorism, including the provision of material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization and to individuals or groups supporting or engaging in domestic terrorism.
