H.Amdt.67 - An amendment numbered 15 printed in Part B of House Report 116-16 to direct the Office of Government Ethics to promulgate regulations establishing limits on gifts and donations to legal defense funds. The regulations would be required to, at a minimum, set basic requirements on transparency and prohibit mixing federal employees with non-federal employees to ensure federal employees cannot obtain money from prohibited sources.
