H.Amdt.92 - An amendment numbered 47 printed in Part B of House Report 116-16 to add early voting to the minimum notification requirement for voters affected by polling place changes. Instead of only requiring the State to notify individuals no later than seven days before the date of the election, or the first day of an early voting period (whichever comes first).
