Requires the Oregon Health Authority to collaborate with the Department of Human Services and the Employment Department to submit an annual report that [<i>identifies</i>]<b> provides information about</b> employers that employ [<i>50</i>]<b> 500</b> or more employees in this state and [<i>that</i>] have employees [<i>or dependents of the employees</i>] who are medical assistance recipients. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
