An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions, further providing for definitions; in certificate of title and security interests, further providing for vehicles not requiring certificate of title; in registration of vehicles, further providing for vehicles exempt from registration; in general provisions relating to operation of vehicles, further providing for drivers of emergency vehicles; and, in snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles, further providing for definitions.
