A BILL to amend and reenact § 15.2-2288.6 of the Code of Virginia, relating to agricultural operations; rental of accessory dwellings. Zoning; agricultural operations; rental of accessory dwellings. Provides that no locality shall prohibit the rental for 30 days or more of existing accessory residential dwellings located on property with an agricultural operation. The bill does not apply to areas within a town.
