AN ACT relating to Wyoming's tomorrow scholarship program; eliminating the continuous enrollment requirement to maintain scholarship eligibility; repealing a provision of law; and providing for an effective date. Eliminates the continuous enrollment requirement for maintaining eligibility in the Wyoming's Tomorrow Scholarship Program.
