“Of the Directors on the Board of Directors of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation first appointed pursuant to the amendment made by subsection (b)(1) [amending this section], notwithstanding the second sentence of section 3(b) of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation Establishment Act (16 U.S.C. 3702(b))—“(1) 2 shall be appointed to a term of 2 years;
“(2) 2 shall be appointed to a term of 4 years; and
“(3) 2 shall be appointed to a term of 6 years;
as specified by the Secretary of the Interior at the time of appointment.”
