“For purposes of this Act:“(1) Agreement.—The term ‘Agreement’ means the Agreement between the United States of America and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on the Establishment of a Free Trade Area, entered into on October 24, 2000.
“(2) HTS.—The term ‘HTS’ means the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.
