“In this title:“(1) Bahraini article.—The term ‘Bahraini article’ means an article that—“(A) qualifies as an originating good under section 202(b); or
“(B) receives preferential tariff treatment under paragraphs 8 through 11 of article 3.2 of the Agreement.
“(2) Bahraini textile or apparel article.—The term ‘Bahraini textile or apparel article’ means an article that—“(A) is listed in the Annex to the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing referred to in section 101(d)(4) of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. 3511(d)(4)); and
“(B) is a Bahraini article.
“(3) Commission.—The term ‘Commission’ means the United States International Trade Commission.
