“As used in this title:“(1) Australian article.—The term ‘Australian article’ means an article that qualifies as an originating good under section 203(b) of this Act.
“(2) Australian textile or apparel article.—The term ‘Australian textile or apparel article’ means an article—“(A) that is listed in the Annex to the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing referred to in section 101(d)(4) of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. 3511(d)(4)); and
“(B) that is an Australian article.
“(3) Commission.—The term ‘Commission’ means the United States International Trade Commission.
