Section 101 of the Sugar Act of 1948, as amended (7 U.S.C., supp. V, sec. 1101), is further amended by adding thereto a new subsection, to be designated subsection ‘(o)’ and to read as follows:“ ‘(o) The term “continental United States” means the 49 States and the District of Columbia.’
