(a) Paragraph (1) of section 5(h) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C., supp. V, sec. 466d(h)(1)), relating to Federal share for purposes of matching for program operation, is amended by striking out ‘(excluding Alaska)’ and inserting in lieu thereof ‘(including Alaska)’ and by striking out, in clause (B), ‘and Alaska’.
“(b) Subsection (d) of section 11 of such Act (33 U.S.C., Supp. V, sec. 466j(d)), is amended by striking out ‘Alaska,’.
