(a) Paragraph (3) [now (2)] of section 2 of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act, as amended, is further amended by striking out the words ‘the Virgin Islands of the United States, and the Territory of Hawaii’ and by inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘and the Virgin Islands of the United States’.
“(b) Section 7 of the Home Owners’ Loan Act of 1933, as amended, is further amended by striking out the words ‘Territory of Hawaii’ and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘State of Hawaii’.
