- Annual Report“Through Fiscal Year 2023, the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia shall report annually to the President of the United States on the use of United States sector grant assistance and other assistance and progress in meeting mutually agreed program and economic goals. Through Fiscal Year 2023, the Joint Economic Management Committee shall review and comment on the report and make appropriate recommendations based thereon.
