- Joint Economic Management Committee“Beginning in Fiscal Year 2024, the Joint Economic Management Committee shall be governed by the 2023 Fiscal Procedures Agreement and shall be composed of a U.S. chairperson, two other members from the Government of the United States, and three members from the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia.
