- Biennial Report“Beginning in Fiscal Year 2024 and every two years thereafter until two years after all sector grants provided under section 261(a) are closed out, the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia shall report to the President of the United States on the use of United States sector grant assistance and other assistance provided by the Government of the United States during the previous two Fiscal Years, and on the progress of the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia in meeting program and economic goals. The Joint Economic Management Committee shall review and comment on the report and make appropriate recommendations based thereon.
