- Inflation Adjustment“Except as otherwise provided, the amounts stated in Article I of this Title shall be adjusted for each United States fiscal year by the percent that equals two-thirds of the percent change in the United States Gross Domestic Product Implicit Price Deflater, or 5 percent, whichever is less in any one year, using the beginning of PY 2004 as a base.
