- Joint Economic Management and Financial Accountability Committee“Beginning in FY 2024, the Joint Economic Management and Financial Accountability Committee shall be governed by the 2023 Fiscal Procedures Agreement and shall be composed of a U.S. chairperson, one other member from the Government of the United States, and two members from the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
