- Biennial Report“Beginning in FY 2024, and every two years thereafter until two years after all grants provided to the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands under Article I and Article VI of this Title are closed out, the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands shall report to the President of the United States on the use of such assistance and other assistance provided by the Government of the United States during the previous two fiscal years, and on the progress of the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands in meeting program and economic goals. The Joint Economic Management and Financial Accountability Committee shall review and comment on the report and make appropriate recommendations based thereon.
